Cayley Merritt, PA-C

Cayley Merritt mixes her passion for health and medicine with her compassion for others as a certified Physician Assistant. An Atlanta native, Cayley earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia before completing her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Mercer University. During her time at Mercer, she spent a month training with Dr. Ma for an elective rotation. This experience sparked her love for Plastic Surgery.

Cayley gained invaluable experience at Grady Memorial Hospital working as a PA in Orthopaedic Trauma upon graduation. After spending time at the busy trauma center, Cayley found herself drawn to the deeper patient-provider connections fostered in Plastic Surgery. She prioritizes building trusting relationships with each patient by taking time to understand their expectations, anxieties, and desired outcomes. Cayley’s ultimate goal is not just a successful procedure, but a patient who feels heard, supported, and satisfied with their results.

Outside of the office and operating room, Cayley enjoys traveling, staying active with her Peloton, playing with her cat, Merlin, and spending quality time with family.
